PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Typically, order production takes 1-3 business days. Depending on order volume and seasonal holidays, certain orders may take longer to fulfil, however, we will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

We offer two shipping options: Standard and Express. Standard delivery typically takes 4-7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped, while Express delivery time is 1-2 business days.

TAXES AND OTHER DUTIES

There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon reciept of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. DECCOPRINT is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to customer.



RETURNS

Because each wallpaper is made‑to‑order and custom printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. To ensure you are confident in your choice, we highly recommend ordering a sample before placing your final order. This allows you to see the colors, texture, and quality in person before committing to a full purchase.



DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us right away if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue. We are not liable for damage caused by careless wallpaper removal. Note that slight color variations may occur between traditional (warmer tones) and removable (cooler tones) wallpapers due to differences in texture and material.



ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Each order is made‑to‑order and begins processing immediately after checkout to ensure fast turnaround. You may cancel or request changes within 24 hours by contacting us at info@deccoprint.com. After this period, we cannot modify or refund your order, as production will already be underway.
