Can I use your wallpaper on furniture, glass or other surfaces?
You can use our wallpapers for many different projects and surfaces! Learn more about the Surfaces you can use our wallpaper on!
Please remember:
- our wallpaper is sturdier and thicker than contact paper;
- surface should be non-porous, clean, and somewhat smooth;
- painted surfaces need to dry for at least 2 weeks before wallpaper installation
Our wallpaper is primarily designed for walls, and we always recommend testing a sample of the surface first before committing to the full order.
Is your wallpaper removable?
Our Peel and Stick wallpaper material is removable!
Every pattern on our site is available in peel-and-stick paper or non-woven traditional wallpaper. There are, however, many factors that go into installation and removal* and we always recommend trying out a sample before making a purchase. Learn more about Peel and Stick Wallpaper!
*We are not responsible for cases where the wallpaper is carelessly removed and the wall's underlying paint is damaged.
Can I use your wallpaper outdoors?
Our wallpaper is designed for indoor use only!
Exposure to outdoor elements—like extreme temperature changes and humidity—can weaken the peel-and-stick adhesive. Plus, since it's made of paper, it’s best kept in a controlled indoor environment for lasting beauty! Learn more about the Surfaces you can use our wallpaper on!
Can I use your wallpaper in a bathroom?
The short answer is yes!
Our wallpaper is able to withstand medium levels of humidity. However, we do suggest that you ventilate the space regularly for the wallpaper to look great for many years. Remember – too much moisture might reduce the lifespan of the wallpaper.
If you're worried that your room has too much humidity for the peel and stick wallpaper, you may want to use our non-woven traditional wallpaper.

Can I use your wallpaper in a kitchen?
Our wallpaper makes a great backsplash and a big impact in a kitchen!
It is cleanable with a damp cloth but beware of harsh chemicals that may damage the ink!

Is your wallpaper safe and non-toxic?
DeccoPrint uses certified, high-quality materials and inks that meet safety standards. Our products are PVC (polyvinyl chloride) free.
We use Epson ECO inks (with an ISO certificate for use indoors – schools, kindergartens, hotels, etc.)
Our wallpaper does not emit noxious, chemical scents or expose the user to dioxins.
How wide is each sheet?
Our sheets are 28" wide.
Which material type should I choose?
If you're going the DIY route or just wish no avoid any extra work, our Peel-and-Stick wallpaper is the easiest—no tools or glue needed, and it's just as easy to remove and replace.
For a more traditional option, pros often go with Non-Woven Traditional, which requires wallpaper glue (sold separately) and works better for textured or humid walls and ensures long-lasting results.

Is there a visual difference between traditional and peel-and-stick?
Please note that slight color differences may occur between our Traditional (Non-Woven) and Removable (Peel-and-Stick) wallpapers. This is due to the difference in texture and materials used.
Colors displayed on your screen tend to match our Peel and Stick wallpaper more closely. Traditional wallpapers may have a warmer tone in comparison.
If color accuracy is essential for your project, we highly recommend ordering a sample first!
MEASURING
How do I measure my walls?
To determine the sheet size and amount you need, follow these steps:
1. Measure the width and height of your wall
2. Choose a sheet size based on your wall’s height. Always select a size slightly taller than your wall. Example: If your wall height is 128", choose a sheet size greater than 128".
3. To calculate how many sheets you’ll need, divide your wall width by 28. If the number isn’t exact, round up so you have enough coverage. Example: For a wall that’s 82" wide, divide 82 by 28 = 2.93. You’ll need 3 sheets to cover the wall completely.

Should I give exact dimensions for custom-sized orders?
Yes, it’s important to measure your walls as precisely as possible. This helps ensure the wallpaper fits your space perfectly. We’ll add 1 inch to both the height and width to give you extra margin during installation.
What units should I measure In?
Feel free to use whichever unit works best for you.
Our sheet sizes are listed in both inches and centimeters.
CUSTOMIZATION
Can I customize the design colors?
Yes, we are able to accommodate color changes in most cases. Add a note at the check-out, mentioning the detail you wish to change.

Can I customize mural sizes?
When ordering, please note the dimensions of your wall (height and width) at checkout. We'll then email you variations on what the wallpaper will look like when cropped for your wall size. Our skilled designers will make image adjustments to ensure the best possible wallpaper outcome!

Is there a fee for customization?
Color customization and small alterations are free of charge.
Depending on the customization difficulty or custom design creation scale, we can charge an extra fee. Contact Us and let us know what you're looking for! We will be happy to help!
How much does a custom mural cost?
Our mural and wallpaper price depends on your wall size and measurements. You can input your exact wall dimensions and choose your paper type for the exact cost of your project!
ORDERING
Can I order a sample?
Yes!
We offer two sample sizes of all of our patterns in two different materials.
You can select your desired sample option under "Size" dropdown in the product page!
Please note: Samples cannot be combined to match the pattern!
How do I place an order?
- Measure your wall - width and lenght
- Choose your favorite pattern
- Select the correct sheet size and add quantities of sheets (divide your wall width by 28 inches/74 cm, round up)
- Add to cart—done!
If your project is more complex (like a stairwell or ceiling), feel free to Contact Us with photos, a sketch, measurements, and any helpful details. We're happy to assist!
Will the colors I see on screen look the same in print?
Colors may look slightly different in person due to screen settings like brightness and contrast—but the difference is usually minimal.
For the most accurate preview, we always recommend ordering a sample in your preferred paper type, as colors can vary slightly between materials.
Can I get a preview of my mural?
Yes! If you wish to see a preview of the mural on your wall dimensions - please add a note at the check-out or Contact Us before placing an order, and we will send you the layout of the mural.
Do you print any excess material?
Our wallpaper and mural panels will be printed about 1 inch taller and wider than your given dimensions, as they are intended to be trimmed for a perfect fit after installation.
Can I change my order after payment?
Each order is custom printed, and with a quick turnaround time, we begin work on your order immediately. We may be able to accommodate minor changes if you contact us immediately, and if possible, we will be happy to modify your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! After your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is printed and dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number!
How will my wallpaper arrive?
Your wallpaper will arrive rolled in a sturdy tube with an installation guide. Please be careful when opening as not to damage the wallpaper!
SHIPPING
Can you deliver to a post office box?
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
How much is shipping?
Shipping to the USA and EU is free. To locations outside of the USA and EU, the cost will depend on the wallpaper quantity as well as the shipping location - around $10 - $15.
US, EU, and Canada customs duties are included in shipping costs!
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide!
Shipping to the USA and Europe is free. To anywhere else, the cost will depend on the quantity and the shipping location - usually $10 - $15.

Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Our normal shipping time is 2-6 days, but please note that production times may be longer during holidays.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our production time is 2-4 business days and can take longer during sale periods and holidays.
Shipping usually takes 2-6 business days. Small sample orders are shipped via DHL and can take up to 10 business days.
If you are in a rush, we offer express delivery. With express shipping, the delivery takes 1-3 business days. There is an additional charge for express delivery available at the check-out.
My wallpaper arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your order was damaged during shipping, please reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you right away to make things right.
Will I have to pay any customs fees or duties?
We recommend checking with your local authorities to see if any customs or duties will be applied. Customs and duties to the USA, Europe, and Canada are included in shipping costs.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
We may not be able to accommodate a specific delivery date, but please Contact Us to see if it's a possibility!
I have a deadline, can you rush my order?
Please Contact Us and we will let you know if it is possible. to rush the production of your order.
An express delivery (1-3 days) option is available at checkout.
INSTALLATION
My pattern doesn't line up!
Matching up the pattern and aligning the panels can sometimes be tricky, but we're sure you can get a great match with a bit of patience!
- Do not overlap the panels! Our wallpaper isn’t printed with an overlap.
- Avoid dragging the wallpaper too hard – if you glue stretched wallpaper, it will shrink back and look uneven after a while. Rather, let the sheet hang once the top is adhered and smooth with a sweeping side to side motion.
If you haven't grabbed a friend to help yet, another set of hands and eyes might do the trick!
What if I'm having trouble with the installation?
We understand, wallpaper can be tricky! If you're not hiring a professional installer, take a read through our instructions and watch installation videos available online.
Sometimes it's hard to figure out which task to start with - we have created a How-to section, where you can find out all the necessary information on how to measure the walls, place an order, and apply the wallpaper - everything in one place!
Do you supply wallpaper glue?
If you've ordered our non-woven traditional wallpaper, you will need to purchase the paste/wallpaper glue separately, which we do not sell.
It can be found at your local hardware store or in online stores. No specific brand is recommended.
AFTER INSTALLATION
How do I care for my wallpaper?
Our wallpaper is designed to be low-maintenance. If cleaning is needed, simply wipe the surface gently with a damp cloth. Just remember, wallpaper is made of paper, so avoid excess water and never use harsh or abrasive cleaning chemicals.
Can I remove and rehang my wallpaper?
Peel & Stick wallpaper can be removed and reinstalled within 12 hours of installation.
When removing the panels, gently pull them down slowly and evenly from the top, keeping a 180-degree angle. Try to avoid touching the adhesive backing as much as possible, as this can reduce its ability to stick properly when reapplied.
Please note: non-woven traditional wallpaper is permanent and cannot be removed and reinstalled.
How do I remove my Peel and Stick wallpaper?
Removing your wallpaper panels is easy - simply peel down the top of the panel and pull firmly yet slowly at a 180-degree angle. You can also use a hairdryer to loosen the adhesive if you're having difficulty removing it.
Help! My wallpaper isn’t sticking, what do I do?
The most important part of a successful installation is wall preparation.
Here are some common reasons why wallpaper may not be sticking properly:
- Damaged or heavily textured walls
- Dusty or dirty walls
- Walls that were recently painted or washed (within the last two weeks)
- Paint finishes that are too matte or too glossy
- An environment that is too humid or too dry
Please try to address any of the issues above and then reapply the wallpaper to see if adhesion improves. If you continue to experience problems after taking these steps, feel free to contact us - we’re happy to help.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All wallpapers are produced on demand according to each customer’s order. Since we do not have pre-printed inventory and cannot reuse printed materials, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Please double-check all order details and measurements before placing your order. If you are unsure whether the selected quantity will fit your space, feel free to contact us -we’re always happy to help!
Can I cancel my order?
Because every order is custom printed and we offer fast turnaround times, your order begins processing immediately after it is placed. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of order placement by contacting us with your order number and the action you wish to take.
Please note: We are unable to cancel orders after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
I received a damaged/incorrect order. What should I do?
Every order is carefully checked before shipping, but if your wallpaper arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know immediately.
Contact Us with clear photos of the issue. Once we review them, our team will guide you through the next steps.
