Can I Use This Product On Furniture, Glass Or Cabinets?
You can use our wallpapers for many different projects and surfaces!
Most importantly, your surface should be non-porous, clean and somewhat smooth. We always recommend testing a sample before starting a big project.
And don't forget that painted walls need to dry for at least 7 days before you can apply peel and stick wallpaper!

Is This Removable?
Our peel and stick wallpaper is removable!
Every pattern on our site is available in peel-and-stick paper or non-woven traditional wallpaper. There are, however, many factors that go into installation and removal and we always recommend trying out a sample before making a purchase. We're happy to answer any more questions, or feel free to check out tips on installation and removal!
We are not responsible for cases where the wallpaper is carelessly removed and the wall's underlying paint is damaged.
Can I Use This Outdoors?
Our wallpaper is designed for indoor use only!
Exposure to outdoor elements—like extreme temperature changes and humidity—can weaken the peel-and-stick adhesive. Plus, since it's made of paper, it’s best kept in a controlled indoor environment for lasting beauty!
Can I Use This In A Bathroom?
The short answer is yes!
Our papers are able to withstand medium levels of humidity. However, we do suggest that you ventilate the space regularly for the wallpaper to look great for many years. Remember – too much moisture might reduce the lifespan of the wallpaper.
If you're worried that your place has too much humidity for the peel and stick wallpaper, you may want to use our non-woven traditional wallpaper.
Can I Use This In A Kitchen?
Our wallpaper makes a great backsplash and a big impact in a kitchen!
It is cleanable with a damp cloth but beware of harsh chemicals that may damage the ink!
How Long Is A Roll?
Our wallpaper comes in sheets, not in rolls – more convenient!
Since everything we do is custom, our sheets are too. We adjust the sheets to the length of your wall rather than selling by the traditional single/double roll.
By contacting us, we can also offer custom size sheets!

Is Wallpaper Safe And Non-Toxic?
Deccoprint uses certified, high-quality materials that meet safety standards, including paint and paper. Our products are PVC (polyvinyl chloride) free.
We use Epson ECO inks (with the ISO certificate for use indoors – schools, kindergartens, hotels, etc.). Without harming the environment or your health!
Our wallpaper does not emit noxious, chemical scents or expose the user to such dioxins.
How Wide Is Each Sheet?
Our sheets by standard are 28" wide.
Which Paper Should I Choose?
Choosing your paper type depends on how you'd like to install it!
Most DIYers choose our Peel-and-Stick paper as it does not require anything additional. Professional installers often prefer a traditional application. Non-woven Traditional wallpaper is unpasted and requires paste/glue purchased separately. Traditional may also be more suitable for high humidity areas and more prone to some wall imperfections like texture.
Peel-and-stick wallpapers, however, will be easier to take off, and you will be able to stick a new one without any problems! Long durability and, at the same time, easy to remove! You will be able to change the wall design often!

Is There A Visual Difference Between Traditional And Removable?
There may be slight variations in color between traditional (non woven) and removable (peel and stick) wallpapers due to wallpapers texture and material.
The color you see on the screen is more suitable for traditional wallpaper (warmer color), but removable wallpaper will be slightly cool-toned.
MEASURING
How Do I Measure My Walls?
Size: Using a tape measure, write down the height of your wall and choose the right sheet length from the list, which you will find on the product page.
We only need the wall measurement, on which you will stick the wallpaper, so don’t include any baseboards or crown molding.
If the listed height does not match – choose the closest above yours.
One of the list options will look like this:
Example: 29"x[the height of your wall in inches]"
Sheets/Pieces: Measure the width of your wall and divide it by 29 inches (or 74cm). The result is the number of sheets you need.
The number needs to be rounded up!
Example: If the number obtained is 7.15, it must be rounded to 8
Should I Give Exact Dimensions?
It's important to make sure you're measuring carefully and order at least the precise dimensions of your walls. We will add a few inches in height and width to make sure you have enough to work with.
What Units Should I Measure In?
Whatever you're most comfortable with! You can convert centimeters to inches by searching for it on the internet!

Can I Change The Colors?
We may be able to accommodate color changes. Add a note at the check-out, mentioning the detail you wish to change.

Can You Print My Logo Or Photo?

Can I Customize A Mural?
When ordering, after uploading your image, you can choose the dimensions of your wall (height and width). We'll then email you variations on what the wallpaper will look like when cropped for your wall size. Our skilled designers will make image adjustments to ensure the best possible wallpaper outcome!

Is There A Fee For Customization?
Color customization and small alterations are free of charge. Depending on the customization difficulty or custom design creation scale, we can charge an extra fee. Feel free to reach out and let us know what you're looking for! We will be happy to help!
How Much Does A Custom Mural Cost?
Our mural and wallpaper price depends on your wall size and measurements. You can input your exact wall dimensions and choose your paper type for the exact cost of your project!
ORDERING
Can I Order A Sample?
Yes!
We offer samples of all of our patterns in 2 different sample sizes (wallpaper size and mural size) and 2 paper types (peel-and-stick and traditional wallpaper).
You can select a sample in the size list on the product page.
How Do I Place An Order?
First, measure your walls, then choose a pattern, enter your wall height (size) and select the number of sheets (sheets/pieces = the width of your wall divided by 29 inches (or 74cm)). Then add to cart! If your project is something other than a wall or your wall has a tricky shape (stairwell, for example) feel free to send us an email to info@deccoprint.com and be sure to include photos, a sketch, measurements, and whatever might help us get the idea of your project!
Is The Color On My Screen The Same As On Paper?
While there can be some variations between a computer screen and your printed wallpaper due to individual settings in color intensity and brightness, the difference is usually very minimal. We always recommend ordering a sample (in your preferred paper type as it can look slightly different on each material).
Can I Get A Preview Of My Mural?
1) Yes! In order to see the colors in your mural, you can order a sample by contacting our team at info@deccoprint.com. This small scale will help you match paint and other furnishings in your room.
2) Once you're ready to order, you can enter your dimensions, and we'll then email you variations on what the wallpaper will look like when cropped for your wall size.
Do You Print Any Excess, Allow Trimming?
Our wallpaper and mural panels will be printed slightly longer and wider than your given dimensions, as they are intended to be trimmed for a perfect fit after installation. It is usually only about an inch, so nothing complicated.
When sending exact measurements, the wallpaper at the end may not match the dimensions of your wall, as the walls may be skewed or the wallpaper may be applied inaccurately, so a slightly larger size may be useful for the client. Can I Change My Order After Payment?
Each order is custom printed, and with a quick turnaround time, we begin work on your order immediately. We may be able to accommodate minor changes if you contact us immediately, and if possible, we will be happy to modify your order. Examples of Order Changes:

· Upgrade Processing and/or Shipping
· Cancel Item(s)
· Change Shipping Address

Will I Receive An Order Confirmation?
Yes! After your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is printed and shipped you'll receive an email with your tracking number!
How Will My Wallpaper Arrive?
Your wallpaper will arrive rolled in a sturdy tube with an installation guide! Please be careful when opening as not to damage the wallpaper!

Can you deliver to a post office box?
We do not deliver to PO Boxes
How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping to the USA and EU is free. To locations outside of the USA and EU, the cost will depend on the wallpaper quantity in your order as well as the shipping location, but usually the cost is around $15. Shipping to Canada costs around $10.
US, EU, and Canada customs duties are included in shipping costs!
Do You Ship Internationally?

Where Is My Order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information! Our normal shipping time is 2-6 days, but note that production time may be longer during special offer and discount periods.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
Your order will be printed and shipped from our facility. Our production time is 2-4 business days and can run longer during sale periods. The shipping usually takes 2-4 business days. We also offer express delivery, with the help of which the package will reach you within 1-3 business days. There is an additional charge for express delivery.
My Wallpaper Arrived Damaged, What Do I Do?
While we take care in packaging each order, occasionally damage can occur during shipment. Please reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order and provide us with photos of any damage to the packaging and product. – info @ deccoprint.com
Will I Have To Pay Any Customs Fees Or Duties?
We recommend checking with your local authority to see if any customs or duties are payable. Customs and duties to USA, EU and Canada are included in shipping costs!
Can I Choose A Specific Delivery Date?

I Have A Deadline, Can You Rush My Order?
Our shipping time is generally 2-4 business days. You can contact us if you need the wallpaper ASAP, and if our production schedule allows, we might accommodate your needs, but that's not guaranteed.
We also offer express delivery, with the help of which the package will reach you within 1-3 business days. There is an additional charge for this delivery.
INSTALLATION
My Pattern Doesn't Line Up!
Matching up the pattern and aligning the panels can sometimes be tricky, but we're sure you can get a great match with a bit of patience!
Are you overlapping your panels? Our wallpaper is’t printed with an overlap.
If you haven't grabbed a friend to help yet, another set of hands and eyes might do the trick!
My Wallpaper Doesn’t Line Up, What Should I Do?
Make sure that the first sheet is sticked on the wall right and straight, and the subsequent sheets are also installed straight. Avoid dragging the wallpaper too hard – if you glue stretched wallpaper, it will shrink back and look uneven after a while. Rather, let the sheet hang once the top is adhered and smooth with a sweeping side to side motion. Feel free to reach out to us with photos at info @ deccoprint.com for more help.
What If I'm Having Trouble Installing?
We get it, wallpaper can be tricky! If you're not using a professional installer take a read through our instructions and watch installation videos!
Sometimes it's hard to figure out which task to start with. That's why we try to help our customers – we have created a How-to section, where you can find out all the necessary information on how to measure the walls, place an order, and apply the wallpaper - everything in one place! We hope that everything will go as planned, but if you have more questions, feel free to look for the answers in our FAQ section or send us a message with your question!
Do You Supply Paste?
If you've ordered our non woven traditional wallpaper, you will need to purchase the paste/wallpaper glue separately, which we do not sell.
It can be found at your local hardware store or in online stores. No specific brand is recommended.
AFTER INSTALLATION
How do I care for my wallpaper?
Congrats! Your walls look great! Our wallpaper and murals are pretty low maintenance. If you should need to clean your wall, use a damp cloth to wipe down. But remember, wallpaper is paper so make sure not to use too much water or any harsh chemicals!
Can I remove and rehang my wallpaper?
Peel&Stick – Yes! When removing your peel and stick wallpaper sheets you'll want to pull down evenly and slowly from the top of the panel at a 180 degree angle. It is best if you're only moving from one wall to another in the same space but some customers have successfully moved their peel and stick paper to a new home!
Remember – non woven traditional wallpapers are permanent!
How do I remove my Peel and Stick wallpaper?
Removing you wallpaper panels is easy, simply peel down the top of the panel and pull firmly yet gently at a 180 degree angle. You can also use a hairdryer to loosen the adhesive if you're having difficulty in removal.
Help! My wallpaper isn’t sticking, what do I do?
The most important part of a successful installation is preparation. Dust and moisture are the two main culprits for preventing adhesion. Think of our wallpaper like a giant sticker. The walls will need to be free of dust, cobwebs or any other residue that may accumulate on walls or else the wallpaper will stick to that and not actually your wall! Also make sure your painted walls have cured, which can take up to 7 days!

Can I cancel my order?
Since each and every order is custom printed and we offer quick turn around times your order will begin processing immediately. We allow you to cancel your order within 24 hours. If you need to alter your order please reach out to our team info @ deccoprint.com as soon as possible.
Please note: We are unable to offer order cancellation after 24 hours.
I Received Damaged/Incorrect Order. What To Do?
We want all of our customers to love their walls! If this isn't the case, please let us know! Each wallpaper and mural order is quality checked prior to shipping but we're human and mistakes occasionally happen so please let us know if there is something wrong with your order or if it has been damaged in transit. Our customer support team will likely ask you for photos of what you received so we can troubleshoot the issue. You can send these to info @ deccoprint.com. After you've provided photos and our team has reviewed your issue we will respond with next steps in the process. Our policy is to print what we promise so if we're at fault we will provide a replacement as quickly as possible.
