Refunds

Refunds apply only in cases where you received damaged wallpaper!

 
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If it gets approved, you'll get an automatic refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We do not accept returns or refunds for sample orders.

If your order was damaged during the shipping process, we have a 30-day refund policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a refund, return. Please include as many details and photos as you can (when sending an email to info@deccoprint.com) so that we can understand the situation and you can prove that your order was damaged during delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused. 

To start a return process, you can contact us at info@deccoprint.com. Items sent back to us without requesting a return (without informing us) will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any questions concerning returns/our return policy at info@deccoprint.com.

It should be noted that the customer will bear any additional costs, such as shipping and customs costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for cases where the wallpaper is carelessly removed and the wall's underlying paint is damaged.

Please note that there may be slight variations in color between traditional and removable wallpapers due to wallpapers texture and material. The color you see on the screen is more suitable for traditional wallpaper (warmer color), but removable wallpaper will be cooler.

Order cancelation

Since each and every order is custom printed and we offer quick turn around times your order will begin processing immediately. We allow you to cancel your order within 24 hours. If you need to alter your order please reach out to our team info@deccoprint.com as soon as possible. Please note: We are unable to offer a refund after 24 hours.
