Can I use wallpaper on a wallpapered wall?

It is generally not recommended to wallpaper over existing wallpaper as it can create an uneven surface and may cause the new wallpaper to peel or bubble. In some cases, the old wallpaper may need to be removed before new wallpaper can be installed. However, if the existing wallpaper is in good condition and firmly attached to the wall, it may be possible to apply a new wallpaper on top after preparing the surface properly. It's important to follow the manufacturer's instructions and use the appropriate adhesive for both the existing and new wallpaper.
